Exciting New Team Members

As 2015 begins, Bingham and Jones is ever growing in terms of our busy workload, exciting New Clients and the addition of strong new team members.

Jonny & David are proud to welcome Gail Francis to Bingham & Jones as our new appointed Innovation Development Manager to strengthen our Research and Development team.

Gail joins us with has over 20 years’ experience in the food industry working with major food manufacturing companies.

As a successful professional, Gail has a proven ability to direct business objectives, with a strong commercial head; she will ensure that our customers get value for money!

Having directed Innovation and new product development teams, along with Jonny & David, Gail will help you interpret your customers brief, whilst ensure that you are staying close to consumer trends.

With a passion for consumer driven product development and an ability to use creative thinking processes during product concept design, if you are looking for inspiration, Gail will happily organise and conduct a “team” Food Safari!

Gail has a strong understanding of the need for “Creative Business Thinking” that; more importantly delivers commercially. If you want support in your creativity process, call Gail!

We will also be adding a new Research & Development Chef to our team called Dale Petchey. Dale is a very experienced development chef who has been in the industry for 9 years working predominantly with Greencore.

He has overseen a wide range of development throughout his career and has a really good track record of product launches for major retailers allowing him insight into what these clients expect and desire from innovation and product development.

His chef experience also includes working for high end London restaurants for famous chefs such as Claude Bosi at Hibiscus and Pierre Koffman at Koffmans.

Dale’s position within the company will be to enhance the current development capability whilst keeping an eye on future innovations, trends and applications.

Both our current and future clients will benefit immensely from our team expansion growth and we are really looking forward to continued growth and development in 2015!
